At Wowriva, we maintain transparency and customer satisfaction through clear order, cancellation, and refund guidelines.
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
You may request cancellation within 3 hours of placing the order.
After 3 hours, cancellation is not possible as the order enters processing.
Since we do not have customer accounts, please review all details carefully before checkout.

2. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only if:
The product arrives damaged, or
You are not satisfied with the quality (product must be unused and in original condition)
Return Request Timeline:
You must raise a return request within 12 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Requirement:
A clear, continuous unboxing video from sealed condition is required for all return/refund claims.
Return Conditions:
Product must be unused, undamaged, with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
Return/refund will not be accepted if:
Product is damaged by the customer
Unboxing video is not provided
Product is used or missing packaging/tags
Return request is made after 12 hours
4. Return/Refund Request Process
Email your Order ID, reason for return, and the unboxing video
Our team verifies the claim
If approved, pickup will be arranged
Refund/replacement is processed after product inspection
5. Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and inspection
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
Replacements: Sent after successful verification

No unconditional returns
Claims without a valid unboxing video are rejected
